Return & Refund Policy – Trip Bloom

At Trip Bloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy for travel bookings:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or official form).
  • Refunds depend on the package and cancellation time:
    • 30+ days before departure: 75% refund.
    • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Trip Bloom

If Trip Bloom cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund or
  • An alternative travel package of equal value.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Flights
  • Hotel bookings
  • Visa processing fees

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after cancellation approval. Amounts will be credited via the original payment method.

5. Changes to Bookings

Modification requests may incur fees and are subject to availability.
